First PD Patch of the Year

March 4, 2012

I tried to create a sound patch that would vary according to the movement of the mouse. The tempo of the noise also attached to the mouse so the whole sound piece reacts to your mouse movement on the page.

The next step would be to find sound samples that would relax the user while surfing on the internet. I imagine the sound to get more and more relaxing when there are more movements of the mouse rather than the position of the mouse.

Or another idea would be to map different areas of the screen according to the window of a program that is used at the time to generate sound reminders. Such as if you didn't click on one of the window it would start to tell you that it is still down there waiting for you :)
