The Book of Monday Blues - A pop-up book by Oya Kosebay

April 12, 2012

The Pop-Up book class has been the most fun that I had in ITP. It's been challenging and we didn't have that much time to execute tons of pages during the time. I came up with this book idea while trying to get too many midterms done together, Monday Blues. It is real, I have been feeling pretty down about how much work I had ahead of me and It felt so great to be able to express.  The video of the book will be up soon but for now here are the shots of the pages.

The Monday Blues is all about the first day of work and how lonely you feel.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand" - A Einstein.
